The aim of City Planning NZ is to be a source of information for those interested in New Zealand’s urban issues. Our goal is to inform and educate readers in an unbiased manner, allowing them to form their own opinions on urban issues. Through this, we hope to encourage much-needed discussion on New Zealand’s planning matters, and facilitate increased understanding of topics which impact New Zealand’s residents.
We aim to create content informing the topics of Urban Design, the Resource Management Act (including in-depth analysis of significant resource consent cases), Transportation Planning, and other areas such as the Auckland Unitary Plan and Urban Development.
